Terms
Last updated October 3, 2026
These terms cover using Toptag and paying to post on a wall. By posting, you agree to them and to the wall rules.
What you're buying
A post is a placement on one city's wall, on the board of the week it goes live in. That board closes the following Monday and stays readable afterwards. Its position depends on what you and everyone else pay, so it can move down at any time. A place is never guaranteed.
Prices
Posts cost from €1 to €50, in €0.50 steps, VAT included. Adding to a post you already have costs from €0.50. The first three posts on a new wall are free: one free post per person, on one wall. Walls that already have posts have no free posts.
Wall credit
Wall credit is euros you can only spend on Toptag posts. New accounts may get a welcome credit while the offer runs, and we may add credit as a gift. Credit has no cash value, can't be transferred or withdrawn, and doesn't expire. The amount shown on a post is what was put on it, whether paid by card or from credit, including welcome or gift credit.
Refunds
If a moderator rejects your post before it goes up, what you paid comes back in full (a free post comes back as a free post). Once a post is live you have received what you paid for, so you give up the 14-day withdrawal right for that post (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)) and it isn't refunded, including when it's pushed down or its week's board closes.
Your content
You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it, including any photo. You give Toptag a licence to show it on the wall, in shares and in the week's recap. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Accounts
You must be 16 or older. One person, one account. We can suspend or ban accounts that break the wall rules, as the rules explain; credit in a banned account isn't paid out. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from your account page.
Contact
To reach us, including as an authority or about illegal content, email contact@millerio.com or use the contact form. A person answers, in English or Spanish. Who runs Toptag is in the legal notice.
Liability
Toptag is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers can also use the courts of where they live.
